Payment

I accept Paypal (it’s the easiest and most adorable!) and most major credit cards.

Shipping

I ship all orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  If you need something urgently, please convo me and we can make it happen.

I ship via U.S. Postal Service. While I will do my darndest to make sure you get your package (let me know if you want tracking or insurance!).

There are situations that come up that can delay the shipment, and I cannot take responsibility for them. This includes if your package needs to make a little stop at customs—those people play by their own rules! Please account for this possibility if you are on a time constraint.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are made on most items.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items, as they really are a labor of love. If you have any questions or concerns during the custom process, please just convo me and I’ll be more than happy to discuss. My goal is to make you 110% happy—I want you to be thrilled—nay! OVER THE MOON!-- with the finished piece.

Regarding items listed under "Clothing" and "Accessories": I make efforts to be as accurate and detailed in my listings as possible. Please take the time to look over the photos and descriptions, and please let me know if you have any questions! Returns are at the sellers discretion.

Regarding custom projects:

I absolutely love doing custom work—they make the adrenaline rush through me and I feel like lightning! However, I do have a few guidelines to keep in mind so that the process remains as simple and smooth as possible. Please keep these in mind before placing your order.

<3 Each portrait package has a different processing time, mentioned in the listing. If you desire something quicker, convo me and let me know—sometimes my schedule is such that I can fit a project in, on a more minimal timeframe.

<3 I am open to special request projects. If your idea does not fit my portrait packages, convo me and let’s see what we can work out.

<3 Please provide all reference materials BEFORE I start on your custom order. My portraits are often intricate and require quite a bit of planning, and I want your piece to look absolutely amazing!
